Vendorscope, operating as a DBA under Kawa Media Group LLC, maintains a policy of non-refundable service retainers and/or service contracts. Refunds and cancellations are solely applicable if the corresponding contractual obligations and annexes, integral to the service retainers and/or service contracts, are not upheld or fulfilled as initially committed. Thorough details concerning this matter are outlined within your distinct Vendorscope.io / Kawa Media Group LLC service retainers and/or service contracts.

Should you consider cancelling your service retainers and/or service contracts, we kindly request you to refer back to the default service contract details provided during the onboarding process. Present your valid reasons for seeking a cancellation and direct this communication to support@vendorscope.io, indicating your assigned Account Manager. Note that this does not mean a guaranteed decision on a refunded contract for service, and could be denied case-by-case.

Even in scenarios where a service contract is annulled due to a breach in the agreed-upon contractual terms between the client and Vendorscope.io, please be aware that Kawa Media Group LLC, as the parent entity, and it;s subsidiary brands, are not obliged to refund any prior payments for services, provided the previous service retainer, service agreements, and/or contracts have been duly executed and fulfilled in whole or partially as agreed, free from issues, based on the established contractual terms.
